please remove CocoaAsyncSocket

the latest Bridge v1 still has CocoAsyncSocket in it. My app also uses this library, and now with iOS 11, there’s no need for Bridge to contain this lib.

I’ll work with the team on this to see if this is something we can remove. We were using it for over the air testing, so we might be able to strip it out in the next release. I’ll see what I can do.
